DIESEL ENGINE
Cummins QSB6.7 Tier 3, water cooled, turbocharged, after-cooled engine with 220 HP (165kw) @ 2200 RPM. In line six cylinder, 6.7 liter (409 cu in) displacement, with 12 volt electrical system and 130 amp alternator.
TRACK DRIVE SYSTEM
Two heavy duty 12’(3.66m) track systems, with 12” (30.48cm) wide, triple grouser steel track pads. Track components with sealed links, 9 roller track frame lifetime lubricated rollers, grease gun type hydraulic track tension adjustment.

Travel speeds…..0-60 fpm (18 mpm)
Side clearance (distance from edge of slab to outer most portion of track) 29” (73.6cm) with standard two speed motors.
POWER DRIVE SYSTEM
Engine flywheel mounted pump drive gear box with hydraulic pumps flange-mounted and spline shaft engaged
Variable volume pressure compensated pump for vibrator system; maximum of 84 gallons per minute (318 liters per minute)
Two each, tandem stack pump arrangements
Speed controlled functions remain at set flow rate regardless of changes in working load pressure for smooth, even extrusion of concrete

200 Gallon (757 liters) main hydraulic reservoir with visual fluid indicator
Filtration system with three sump filters and three 10 micron spin-on filters

Vertical adjustment is operator controlled through hydraulic power lift system
Removable baffle plates between vibrators for use on supers
PROFILE PAN
46” (1.17m) Profile pan with power crown for straight (roof top) crown configurations
Profile pan automatically adjusts for grade variations up to 24” (60.9cm) during the paving process
End pan over-build to compensate for edge slump
Profile pan, tracks, and sideforms automatically adjust from running with both tracks on the ground to one or both tracks running on adjacent slab without modification
Curb mold inserts can be installed quickly on either or both sides
