Warranty Claim Form

Please submit a warranty claim to Power Curbers for defective parts. Upon receipt of this claim, a Return Authorization Number will be issued IF any parts are to be returned to Power Curbers.

A warranty credit will be issued only when a warranty claim has been received and approved. If parts need to be sent to a Power Curbers vendor for evaluation, claims will not be paid until we have received a vendor report.
