Features
Cummins QSB6.7 Tier 3, water cooled, turbocharged, after-cooled engine with 260 HP (193kw) @ 2200 RPM. In line six cylinder, 6.7 liter (409 cu in) displacement, with 12 volt electrical system and 130 amp alternator.
Two heavy duty 14’(4.27m) track systems, with 14” (36cm) wide, triple grouser street shoes. Track components with sealed links, lifetime lubricated rollers, grease gun type hydraulic tack tension adjustment.

Side clearance (distance from edge of slab to outer most portion of track) 30” (76.2cm) with standard two speed motors.
20” (50.8cm) Deep telescopic mainframe is hydraulically adjustable up to 9’ (2.74m), providing placing and spreading width ranges from 12’(3.66m) to 27’(8.23m) standard.
Optional extensions expand spreading width to 32’(9.75m). Hydraulically controlled loading legs. Quick release of spreader attachment for easier width changes.
230 Gallon (870 liter) hydraulic reservoir with visual fluid indicator. Filtration consists of three sump filters, and four 10 micron spin-on filters. Inline filters on sensors.

- Pressure compensated, variable volume pump provides hydraulic oil to the direct acting servo valve proportional sensors.
- Control hardware allows dual string line control or “lock to grade” referencing.

60” (152.4cm) wide, 4 ply 9/16” (14.3mm) thick endless vulcanized belt. Belt speed of 414 fpm (126.19 mpm). Capable of mounting on the right or left hand sides. Conveyor folds in less than 7 seconds.At catch basins, the machine never leaves the stringline and the mold can be positioned within inches of the obstacle, reducing labor-intensive tie-in work.
18” (45.7cm) Diameter split, reversible auger with hard-surfaced flighting. Each side is speed controlled and driven separately. Augers and strike-off beam power-crown together. Augers and strike-off beam are auto-grade controlled but can be manually overridden at any time. Auger widens by section. Strike-off beam telescopes. Each side driven constant-volume heavy-duty 29.9 cu. in. (489.97cc) hydraulic motor with 3.27 to 1 reduction for power to move low slump concrete at widths over 32’(9.75m).The trimmer also hydraulically side shifts 80” (2.03m) enabling the ability to trim for a 5’ (1.5m) radius or to move the trimmer under the machine and out of the way when not in use. With 16” (406mm) of hydraulic vertical movement, the trimmer can lift over catch basins and other obstacles.
Hydraulically driven 4 gpm (15.15 lpm) pump delivers 2000 psi (544.3 kpa) water for cleanup and utility use. On-board water storage capacity is 220 gallons (832.79 liters).
